Rev. Walter L. Bowers Jr., Esq., is the Senior Pastor of Chosen City Church where the ministry is guided by 1 Peter 2:9 and is focused on helping people overcome, build, and be like Jesus. Pastor Walt has a heart for missions and has led mission trips to Haiti, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico.

Pastor Walt is actively engaged in the community and serves on several Boards to include the Better Business Bureau (Southern Piedmont Region). He is also an attorney and managing partner at Wooden Bowers, PLLC.

Pastor Walt is a former Army Captain who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from November 2005 to November 2006.

He is married to the beautiful Tiffany Holloway Bowers and is the proud father of three handsome (triplet) sons: Jonah, Jacob, and Joshua. 

Pastor Walt has many responsibilities, but his passion is telling the world about Jesus!
